What to Expect
After pickup from your Oranjestad hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle, head to an aloe factory to discover the 160 year history of Aloe Vera cultivation in Aruba. Then it's on to the California Lighthouse to learn about its history and snap photos of the views. Head on to visit the hilltop Alto Vista Chapel, perched above the sea. Next, stop at the Ayo and Casibari rock formations, where you’ll learn about their geology, see ancient paintings made by the Arawak Indians, the island’s original inhabitants, and hike to the top of the largest boulder. At the Bushiribana gold mine ruins, look for flecks of gold left over from Aruba’s gold rush before moving on to an aloe vera factory, where you’ll take a tour and shop for souvenirs. Finally, explore Natural Bridge, where desert-like hills meet rough waters.

Wonderful half day tour with Jacky. She told us that the full day tour would push us to get back to our ship on time. We had never visited Aruba before and wanted to see a general tour which would enable us to see all the sights. We were able to do this on the half day tour.
