Reading your comment we are happy to know that our staff has excellent customer service, which is a super important base of the private and personalized service that we give to each of our clients. To explain the amount that was paid for the tour that you took, it is because 3 activities were done in a single day. According to what we talked directly with you, we have 2 other options a little cheaper, this in order to adjust to different budgets. If you read the description of the tour, it is explained that we are going to drive through off roads (dust and gravel road), very rural towns where you can see the real identity of the Costa Rican which is the real essence of the tour, we dont drive on the paviment roads because is not safe for our customers so for us safe is first. Regarding the canopy, your comparison is not correct since the Hacienda Guachepelin canopy is located near the volcano, so the space and view it has is not the same as the area of ​​the beach where this activity was done. We understand your point of view but both are attractive and fun places according to the taste of the clients. We are very sorry that your displeasure according to what we talked about after the tour is more for the cost than for the activities that were carried out.
