          Fantastic tour
Allen is the best tour guide I have ever seen, friendly, warm and funny! During the journey, he talked about Philippine culture, economy, and political customs. The volcano cruise is comfortable and exciting. Only this way can you see the panoramic view of the volcano. It is a journey rich in humanities and nature.

          Amazing trip to pagsanjan waterfall
Our guide/driver vincent arciga pick us up very early morning at our hotel lobby. We stopped for breakfast 30mins on Starbucks and then went to picnic grove to look the volcano. The view of volcano is so amazing. vincent also told us the on the back side of 50 piso bill, we can find the picture of taal volcano. after that we go to baywalk to have more closely view of taal lake,it's so beautiful so we took a lot of pictures. and then we drived to pagsanjan waterfall. 2 boatmans take care our boat and one of boatman told me that he is 63 years old and he still can keep his body shape well just like young man. we gave tips 200 peso for each boatmans. we got extremly wet under the 2nd waterfall and came back safely then have phillipines traditional lunch after change our clothings. the car ride is quite long on the way back to manila metro. it takes almost 3 hours due to traffice jam. but thanks for vincent, he is so nice and introduced phillipines food and cultures so that we are not feeling boring during the trip. we will give 5 stars rating to vincent.

          Chasing Waterfalls
My son and I enjoyed ourselves. The atmosphere was serene and the water fall was beautiful. We enjoyed lunch on the lake afterwards.

The views and experience are worth the wait
It's absolutely worth the long car ride. Morning pick up was on time, meeting Flor at our hotel lobby, and we got to meet his beautiful wife Larnie. We stopped for breakfast on your own cost, 7/11, Starbucks or jolibees for 40 mins. Then we went to look out of the volcano. Take change for toilets. Then, down to boat station were you have option at your own cost to go look from a boat around volcano. Make sure you take a minimum 7000 for this ride. We got caught short. An hour or 2, depending on which one you choose. Then 2 hours to your lunch spot. This again at your own cost. Afterwards, to the waterfall. This is amazing. You will get extremely wet. Do take a change of clothes and a towel, which can be left in a car with FLOR. The canoe ride is operated by 2 men, definitely not what l expected. They literally pull u up a river over poles and rapids. 2 tiny men pulling 2 western size people. They are very friendly and hard-working. This takes 2 hours and can be uncomfortable if you dont usually sit for long periods. Now l had read that you can tip, l was already to do this, and halfway up realised they deserved more. However, at the waterfall, another guide was very rude and told me,'You better give a good tip'. This turned my experience sour for a bit. It was extremely rude and very aggressive. I spoke to FLOR afterwards on what is usually tipped. He explained that his customers do anywhere between 200 each to 1000. Please keep this in mind. Our trip back to our hotel was very long due to all the traffic. Please take a book or something to watch if you're not a car sleeper. FLOR gave out informatiom through out the tour. Even bringing up our aussie radio station for us to listen to. It was his bday so we were extremely happy to spend it with him, even singing happy bday many times. Would recommend this tour, but make sure you have entertainment for the traffic jams. There were a lot of the phillipines you get to see during the ride, so even passing thru all the provinces is worth the long ride also. Remember - patience, change clothes, lots of tip money, towel, sunscreen, and book/entertainment.

          Magical day in southern Luzon
Our driver Raymond was amazing tour guide throughout! We were lucky it was just us, we opted in for the volcano tour as well, which was 6200 php for us 2 total. Be prepared to tip and pay everything in php. And bring water shoes and change of clothes for the falls. Smart to have waterproof case as well! A magical day for sure!!!

          Taal Volcano and Pagsanjan Falls
It was great experience. Good idea to combine both place in one day specially if you are short of time or wanted to keep spare time for other activities. Taal Valcano is amazing. It was good suggestion by host/driver Allan to take full round boat trip around volano to experience totally diff landscape in backside. Nature is at its fullest at Pagsanjan Falls. Boat Ride to the falls is such a great experience. As a suggestion to keep one pair of clothes, tranperent water proof mobile civer, towel and beach slippers. My wife and I really enjoyed this tour. Our host Allan was very informative and helpful. He really helped us throughout the day. We highly recommend this tour, the staff are genuine and honest. We had a great time!

          Well Wrth the Experience!
We had a great time with our driver Flor. The experience was great!! Flor was very patient, friendly, funny and helpful (especially when we were buying souvenirs). He is a great driver and answered all our questions. The best part was going to the Pagsanjan Falls where we took a canoe boat ride to the falls. I thought we would do the paddling but it was actually two boatmen who did all the paddling (thank goodness!). Be sure to bring a change of clothes as you will get drenched but it's fun! It was an adventurous and breathtaking experience! You'll have a great time!! P.S. You leave very early in the morning but I would say about an hour into your drive, you stop at a rest stop and have your choice of either Starbucks, McDonalds and/or 7/11 for breakfast. P.S.S. As someone else said in another review, be sure to have tip money for the two boatmen, who worked really hard, as well as your driver! P.S.S.S. The experience is also well worth it as you get picked up and dropped off from and to your hotel.

Their hardwork is our great experience in return!
Quite a lengthy ride but well worth it! Our hosts, ate Lani and kuya Flor are awesome. They are passionate of what they’re doing which reflects through their services and hospitality. They pay attention to our needs and are on top of things! Did I mention the lengthy ride—don’t worry though, kuya Flor is a good and safe driver with ate Lani’s navigating assistance. :) Taal volcano is a sight to behold. But what we really enjoyed most was the Pagsanjan trip. The locals, some were along the river banks while some were swimming, all enjoying their picnic, are friendly and engaging. The boat/tour guides are skillful and respectful as well. Our boat guides or bangkeros worked hard, skillfuly, brought us up the stream with their skillful maneuvers. Two of them slipped accidentally and as a nurse, it worried me a little that the one of these bangkeros might have gotten some fractures (given he’s on the older side). But he assured us that he’s fine and that it always happens as part of their job. While enjoying the falls, one of the bangkeros took a nice video of us! I highly recommend this experience. And hey, don’t forget to give a well deserved tip! 😉

          Amazing tour of Taal volcano!
I had a great experience during this tour. We visited the Taal volcano and I would highly recommend. The whole tour was incredible, but what made it extra special were our guides, Eddy, Jen and Loonie. They went above and beyond and accommodated to every request we had. I hope to come back and will make sure to book my tours with them! Thank you for the service and incredible hospitality.

          Great tour, great guide!
This was a fantastic trip out of Manila. I was only in country for 11 days for work so did this on the one Saturday that I had. Floridel was our tour guide and he was excellent, highly recommend him. He is knowledgeable of the area and generally just a good bloke to have a chat with. I do wish the web site had let us know that there are actually three tips to consider, two boatmen that take you to the falls but then there is a raft that takes you the last little bit and you can also tip the raftsman. While the tips are not mandatory I intended to give them but only brought enough for two men. That’s a tiny gripe though, overall this was amazing and definitely worth the money!

Wear wet shoes/lightweight trainers, bring your go pro camera and bring some balls. This experience is NOT for the faint hearted or those with mobility issues. There are several falls and you can jump down all of them (if you’re brave enough). The longest jump was about 20-30ft, and We were given a friendly guide (Ryan), safety gears (helmet, life jacket and suitable footwear) and an experience we will not forget in a hurry. The whole experience took about 4 hours, and food were provided. Our guide was very friendly and looked after us very well. Our guide (Ryan) was more than happy to carry our possessions, and take photos/video records of our jumps/activities. We picked up a few bumps and bruises, hence the paperworks we had to sign at the beginning. This activity can be dangerous if you are not confident or you don’t pay attention. You can, however, choose not to complete any jump if you don’t want to, the guide will not force you to do anything you don’t want to do. This activity is a lot of fun and we are very happy to have taken part. Highly recommended!
