Sorry that you felt this way Adults, traveling knowing constraints, mostly act responsibly. We have NOT (luckily)up to date had any lost travelers. Oity you didn't approach the guide regarding volume in order to increase voice projection. Surely this Could have been rectified on the spot. and not only held as something we failed to do. Real pity.

Dear Tatiana, Thank you for your feedback. We apologize that this was the nature of your experience. Let us clarify: we had to cancel the Spanish tour and let you know in advance, because the guide that was assigned to your group had an emergency. That's why we asked you to take the English tour instead. The Spanish-speaking guide that you saw in the port was assigned to another tour – a private tour (which costs a lot more than a regular shore excursion) with a closed group that booked this tour separately and paid accordingly. The tour you booked was a regular group tour. After asking the group members of the private tour for their permission, you eventually joined the private tour in your language of choice as a gesture of goodwill from the group and the guide. That's why you weren't on the list because it wasn't your group. Regarding the delay in your regular tour in English, we are sorry as Sunday is the beginning of the week in Israel, and sometimes the traffic can get very heavy. And this was the case. We apologize for this inconvenience, but this delay was beyond our control. The rest of the English-guided group were compensated with a complimentary lunch and their tour was extended accordingly, so no sites from the itinerary were missed as well as with the Spanish-speaking private tour you joined. Again, we are most regretful that despite all our efforts, you were dissatisfied with the service.
