Air Asia is the worst airline out there. I flew from Siem Reap to Kuala Lumpur and paid to check-in my bag. I even bought their "Value Pack Insurance". Air Asia broke the handle on my luggage and refused to compensate me in any way for the bag. They said their insurance only covers delayed baggage and not damaged baggage...go...

Book flight as was traveling to Koh Lipe Thailand. Boarded Airasia AK6306 from KL to Langkawi. The check in was hassle free. Flight attendant was friendly. Like the back from Langkawi to KL. Check in luggage was with the kiosk and someone to assists us tagging the bag.

I have to enter one flight for this review, but we fly AA at least once a month, either domestically or internationally. For a low-cost carrier, it is great. The prices are amazing, the flight attendants are friendly and helpful, and the food is cheap and good. The only drawback to flying AA is that they have such a short...

The seats are not comfortable and some seats cannot be reclined. Leg room space is definitely a disaster for long distance travelling.

The cabin crew was very cheerful and this company has among the lowest price ticket in Malaysia. For those who are planning to backpack around the world. This company are highly recommended. But, for business purpose it is not recommended if you're rushing for time. This flight usually punctual but depends on the traffic and plane condition. It might delayed....

They don't provide even a glass of water, extra leg room seats has not much leg room. But they maintain time. Flight announcement is limited, so can sleep some time. Fare is low but everything is chargeable, so before booking consider other flight option.

I used AirAsia last Christmas-New year holiday. Their seats were ok, pre-meals weren’t tasty. I’d recommend to grab somethingbefore onboard. The biggest disappointment is the shoulder straps of my husband backpack were ripped badly on the way back of the flights. It wasn’t even 1 part. I found 5 parts were ripped. Can’t imagine how badly the crews treated his...

My husband and I were disappointed with Air Aisa, we have previously flown with them on shorter flights and they have been fine. On our flight to KL we upgraded to flatbeds at the airport and this was great. On this flight, however, we attempted to upgrade but was told that the flatbeds were all taken. One we had boarded,...
