I would rather walk then fly Frontier

First and last time I ever fly frontier.they bait you with a cheap flight and then rob you and hold you hostage regarding your luggage.they tell you your allowed a personal item and when you get to the gate they tell you no it’s to big and hit you with a hundred dollar fee.when I started to complain they threatened to not let me on the plane.i felt like a hostage in Gaza!!!! Their staff were rude and unfriendly.i checked in 2 bags and one bag was 1 pound over the weight limit (which is 40 lbs) while the other was 3 pounds under the limit.so they made me transfer 1 pound of clothing to the other bag..yet both bags are on the same plane..the only thing that got me through this stupidity is that I have a saying I live by and that is YOU CANT FIX STUPID!!

Never fly this airline

Run away! This was my second time flying frontier and I can confidently say I will never fly them again. Both times I’ve flown with them I’ve had my flights canceled (so basically I’ve never actually flown with them). Both times flight was canceled for non weather related events and there was no help to rebook. Ended up canceling and flying another airline both times!

Frontier sucks

This is my second time flying with Frontier . The worst flight company I've ever fly with . Had a carry on that fit perfect in the baggage slot and still charged me $100.00 . The flight attendance are rude and nasty to the people on the plane . Trip sucked and I will never fly Frontier again and definitely will never recommend a friend . I'm also canceling my Frontier card .

worst service ever i have seen
a lady on the counter. refuse to print out boarding pass cause we told ther we have pay for the baggage online already.
but at the end the 2 guys help we well

I had a worst experience flying with Frontier Airlines. The staff were incredibly Cold, Careless, and ensured that all passengers were treated unbalanced and Unfairly, with any signs of discrimination. Their approach to diversity is truly uncommendable, creating a not welcoming and Discriminatory environment for everyone. I will definitely not choose them again for my future travels!⭐
