NEW

After a long journey from Finland via Istanbul to Taskent we had still one leg left from Taskent to Bukhara, but all went very, very well. The plane was a little bit old Boeing 757, but on time and very steady and short trip to Bukhara. Bukhara Airport also was working well.

1. Flight attendants are hard to find, despite giving them repeated calls. (during our overnight flight) 2. TV screens are a pain (I thought I will break my finger or the screen) 3. No blankets. 4. Ear phones were given very late. Food on the onward journey was bad, but it was very good on the return journey. Air hostesses...

It was my first experience with Uzbekistan Airways. And it was the good one: the board, services etc was very good. Also big plus was that allowed luggage is 30 kg – on the way back it realized how smart is it :)

If you're expecting lie flat beds, think again. Large, quite comfortable seats in twos, good service and plentiful food - much better than economy class I'm told. Free use of ipads but no individual seat back screens. Dedicated immigration for business passengers at Tashkent and our luggage was brought to us! There was quite a comfortable lounge for business class...

I frequently travel between Tashkent and Frankfurt and prefer this airline simply because it is the only nonstop option between these cities. So here is my summary of multiple Economy Class flights in Uzbekistan Airways' 767: Check In is always chaotic. Especially in Frankfurt. Usually only three counters are open and since 20kg are the limit in Eco, many passengers...

I recently flew Business Class on Uzbekistan Airways, Uzbekistan's only airline. The flight between FRA and TAS was operated on a Boeing 767. The aircraft seemed to be in good condition and for what it's worth, the plane seemed clean and safe. Boarding was a bit chaotic. No special boarding announcements for families with small children, business or premium travelers....

I was apprehensive, in view of the fact that the plane making the flight was not a very new sample (to say the least) (767), that the flight would be crowded and the means of entertainment outdated. To my surprise, the plane was quite spacious, with personal screens and a choice of reasonable plans. Although most of the films are...

Very good B767, everything - fortunately - went smooth and without problems, very good food, every sit has individual entertainment center, additional pillows and blankets. Also good A320 on Tashkent - Urgench flight, a bit older B757 on Urgench-Bukhara flight. Short flights, so no food, only water. Airports quite modern, passing through immigration control in TAS quick and easy; currency...

We had two flight with them. Thwle flight is very good. The food is good and the seats are comfortable. All the flights were according to Schedule. The main problem was the waiting in the uzbekistan terminal during the connection. The terminal is boring, low level of facilities. The food there is awfule. Even the toilet is a smoking room.
