Being a budget traveler, I have nothing to complaint. You can check-in luggage without paying a dime. Southwest is always my top choice. Because we traveled at the beginning of June, it was not so crowded.

My flight to Fort Lauderdale was wonderful. When flying home my flight was delayed for over 2 hours and my plane transfer would not happen so after spending over 90 minutes changing flights, my family and I spent a total of 17 hours in the airport and plane. 12 hours in the plane alone. My family and I agreed to...

I have been flying with Southwest since I was an undergrad in college. I have never had an issue with this company. For our 2 year wedding anniversary trip, my husband and I decided to fly southwest to our destination because of their wanna getaway deal. Both of our flights were nonstop, which was great. This is the first time...

Traveled in May/June 2018 with handicapped husband and 9 yr. old autistic grandson. From the moment we got to all terminals (including connecting flights), all personnel were very helpful and understood the needs of my grandson. The flight was no exception. What could have been a nightmare, Southwest made it a comfortable flight for my family.

I still will fly Southwest. This particular flight was unsettling. It appeared the flight attendants were very nervous about something. Every time the flight was bumpy, the flight crew made an announcement to keep our seatbelts on. Yes, I appreciate this, but it just seemed almost fearful. One flight attendant seemed less agitated than the rest. I have no clue...

Reserved the flight early. Took the last flight out of Houston. The flight was delayed but the crew was very efficient. I did not enjoy that they did not give you the little alcohol bottle or a can for the mixer. The drink was already mixed when I got it. Seemed a bit weird. We did not check any baggage...

Leaving Portland around 3 p.m. on a Wednesday was relaxed, airport gate was not crowded, but the flight was nearly full, and all seats I could see were filled by takeoff. Turbulence outside of Denver cancelled the beverage service, and we circled Denver a couple of times before landing. That made the connection time in Denver tight, and the Denver...

We are a family of 6 people traveling today and everyone is sitting separate from each other including our 7 year old daughter. Such a funny seating arrangement - first come first serve ! Extremely poor process and thinking from design perspective. Despite being a good carrier allowing check in bags, I rate it low because of poor seating

I usually fly southwest because of the free baggage just in case I buy more luggage while vacationing. Flight was delayed on way back because of weather which can't be helped. But the flight was a little boring with no movie. They did offer wifi to let you watch your own device. Have been on other flights that have back...

About Southwest Airlines
Dallas-based Southwest Airlines (WN) is the world's largest low-cost carrier. Southwest operates non-stop flights to more than 100 destinations across 10 countries. Unlike many major airlines, Southwest does not use hubs, but rather a point-to-point system. About 15 airports with a significant amount of WN flights have been designated as focus cities. The airline's fleet is configured with just an Economy Class cabin. In contrast to many low-cost carriers, Southwest does not charge a fee for up to two checked bags; non-alcoholic drinks and pretzels or peanuts are also free on board. Early boarding access, automatic online check-in and alcoholic beverages are available for purchase.
