the person at the Iberia counter was seling our tickets because our connection flight go there late but still we had time to check in I got very upset and give my piece of mind and to add more our luggage got to Spain one day later

Rude staff, poor food, delayed flights and lost luggage. 3 Ham and Cheese sandwiches served as 3 seperate meals. One World Alliance means nothing.

The seats were uncomfortable, the tray area was dirty , bathrooms were terrible flight from marrakesh to Madrid was delayed an hour and fifteen minutes more or less very bad experience
