Review for Hawaiian Airlines Our recent experience with Hawaiian Airlines on November 3, 2024, at 6:00 a.m., was incredibly disappointing due to the rude and dismissive behavior of a senior staff member at the check-in counter. We were trying to add our underage son to our TSA PreCheck, which, according to the TSA website, should have been a straightforward process. But by then, we had wasted so much time that our son ended up having to stand in the very long, regular security line, adding unnecessary stress to an already early morning. This experience left us feeling disrespected and undervalued as customers. Hawaiian Airlines needs to know that while they have excellent agents like Alana, they also have senior staff members whose dismissive attitude can ruin a customer’s experience. We expected much better service at 6:00 a.m. when tensions were already high, and unfortunately, Hawaiian Airlines fell short of delivering it.…
