Very rude staff at check in. Forced me to shove my suitcase in to see if it fitted. It did but the gentleman steward made me do it again just to check. It was obvious to all that he was just being difficult and we all heard him say 'I'm really fed up with this flight". He was very rude to others too.

Terrible service, back control is only to get some money from people. My man has a steel frame in his back but it is for the half full…it’s sad. He got a fee for 48 pounds that is almost more than our flight… redicilous! In Holland we could go with the same back, with the same flight company easyJet

We dropped are bags off at Dalaman Airport. We were well under wait and the bags went through. Then the woman said my bag for taking on the plane was too big. I pointed out that it was the same bag I used when I had flown out. She wasn't interested and said either pay £40 to put it in the bagge or £48 for the overhead. I paid the £40 which I was not happy with. The other woman on the other desk was doing the same thing. But not on any of the other check-in desks. When the plane was about to board the 2 women started to check and charge again for the bags. Having charged 6 more people they then ran out of time as we were then later boarding and let 15 people in front of us with bigger bags on without charging them. Surely if your going to charge then either charge everyone or no one. We travel with easyjet at least once a year and have done for over 20 years. Think I may be finding another airline in the future.

I normally don't write reviews, but right is right. I was booking a flight from an airport in a different country than the one I live in, and when I booked the flight, the conversion did not show it in my currency. It never prompted me with how much it was until I saw how much was taken from my bank account. The conversion was 40% for me, so I cancelled about 15 minutes after booking. After reaching out, they still did not remove the cancellation fee, which also had the 40% extra conversion. Out of principle, I will not be flying here again, and see this as a warning.

I would advise to avoid EasyJet car hire. I use car hire services regularly (typically Europcar and Sixt). I haven't had an issue with these providers before. In my experience, EasyJet hides terms and conditions in small print, which result in additional charges (e.g. signing you up to their insurance products). There was a EUR95 cancellation fee for a EUR72 booking. The chat service took 30 mins to get a response. The contact number had no answer (or had an automated message to email them - with no response). I mistakenly selected EasyJet because it appeared to be half the price of alternatives, however the real cost turned out to be higher and I ultimately ended up abandoning the booking (which was cheaper than cancelling) and making an additional reservation with Europcar.
