We flew first/business class at a reasonable price for one seat and reasonable miles for another better part of four hours (from 81 degrees to 18!). Old school attentive service and half decent food made the flight home a pleasant one. Plus -- Aruba airport that Sunday was jammed for American; only way we got through customs etc. on time...

Our inbound flight (AA 4605) to Miami on Jan 12 was cancelled due to weather issues in the Nashville TN area. On attempt to rebook, we did not have a pleasant experience with AA and had to seek on our own a rebook with Southwest Airlines to get to our destination. Our return experience on Jan 21 was much better...

Ice and snow were weather issues and certainly safety is a primary concern at the Nashville TN area and airport. Flight 4545 (1:20pm departure) had several delays and finally a cancellation was issued hours later. It was puzzling regarding the decision since our flight was to Miami, yet flights to Chicago were taking off. At any rate, we went to...

It was my first long-haul flight and I was extremely nervous but the cabin crew were brilliant and made me feel at ease. My only complaint was that for a long-haul flight we didn't get our own screens, we had to all watch the same film on screens in the middle of the plane - okay for me as the...

Our departure from the DFW airport was delayed due to the lack of a flight attendant that was stuck in traffic. To avoid missing our connections we were rescheduled on another flight which sent us scrambling! We finally made it to the gate only to find out this flight was delayed because the flight crew hadn’t arrived yet. After being...

Not on time; old aircraft; cramped seating; lousy sandwich pretending to be lunch; no real entertainment; $25 charged per suitcase (on an international flight) and the same again on the return flight.

Recently flew from Tampa to Chicago in first class. Boarding process was fine. Flight attendant offered me something to drink pre flight. Lunch and drink were good. Flight attendant could have been a bit more friendly.

Service was excellent. Flight was smooth. Just the seats have become increasingly narrowed and are more uncomfortable.

Recently went on an overnight trip from LAX to Fort Wayne, Indiana. One stop in Chicago going, one stop in Dallas returning. Good services and comfortable flights, leg room better than United that's for sure. Only glitch was flight back, was delayed in Ft. Wayne so we missed connecting flight by minutes, which I think American should have held for...
