Absolutely ridiculous flight. My flight got delayed for about 8 hours and I had to spend the night at the airport. The lines were check in were absolutely were horrendous and I had to wait 4 hours for check in. People there were slow and didn't want to check us in. When I was about to go for immigration, I...

The seats were a tight fit for most...Aisle is so narrow you will hit someone on the way to the bathroom and/or on the way in and out of the plane. The crew didn't seem to be happy campers - and as with other airlines, they talk so fast when reviewing the safety rules that you really can't tell what...

This was our return flight from Europe-- we flew into Europe on British Airways and AA is one of their travel partners so we came back on AA. No major issues with the flight. The British Airways flight heading out just felt better overall. The AA food wasn't as good as the BA flight (only options were chicken pot pie...

During this trip, I "enjoyed" American Airlines quite a lot. First from San Francisco to Los Angeles, after from Los Angeles to Washington DC, and finally from Washington DC to Dallas Fort Worth. The longest flight was from Washington to Dallas. As I mentioned in my previous review, American Airlines are improving. During the trip and at the Airports in...

Amazing experience! Liked the attitude of the flight attendants and the service of the airlines in terms of arrivals and departures, and since I had a layover at Chicago, it was fun to see the well decorated airpport. I recommend American airlines for domestic travels!

We flew from LAX to Tokyo in July via AA 787. It was a long flight, but made barrable by the fact that we flew premium economy on the way to Tokyo. We flew with our two children (10) & (14) and sat in the last row. I had some concern that the reclining room would be limited since the...

Newer 777 was nice. Entertainment system was good. Meals were average. But the entire flight experience was weakened by flight attendants who visibly appeared to absolutely hate their job - couldn't even fake it for the 9-hour flight. I managed to get one flight attendant to smile at me at my attempts at turning their frowns upside down - shouldn't...

I have a lot of respect for AA as a carrier. Every airline experiences mishaps and people cannot "hate" on an airline for one bad experience, else I could hate the majority of them. I have done a lot of travelling lately with AA and have no complaint. Not one of my flight was delayed and the staff on board...

I was travelling to Fl from Pa for a birthday trip. I remember the plane ride to Fl being smooth, including check-in. The flight back was a little more of a hassle. The flight got delayed due to inclement weather which wasn't the airlines fault obviously. Must check the boards for your actual flight because they change from time to...
