The staff off and on board were very helpful and made the process and flights pleasurable. Our family always appreciate the reasonable flight costs. The seats were comfortable, and the two of us were accommodated and seated together without picking seats in advance. Both flights were ahead of schedule for landing. The airport shuttle failed us though, by suggesting a...

Allegiant Air does fly planes from place to place but they manage to do so while giving the impression they would rather do so without the necessity of bothering with passengers. Their hallmark is cheap and they certainly are. They are the worst, in my experience, about gouging passengers for everything. They've taken the discount warehouse concept airborne. The starting...

Albeit we arrived late to check in for our flight and we're probably going to miss it. There were not customers at the check-in desk and both check-in representatives were typing. My wife approached the desk and the lady called out for the next person and ignored us as we approached. When my wife stated we were next, the representative...

I've been flying with Allegiant Air for the past couple years. My boyfriend lives in Florida and I live in Ohio, so the price that Allegiant offers is very competitive compared to other airlines. I've never been thrilled by my flights with Allegiant (inconvenient times, not a lot of flexibility, fees for bags and reservation changes that add up), but...

The flight was good and fast. I only have the complaint that I have with most airlines. It seems to take forever to get your luggage after you get to the terminal.

Overall flight was comfortable and clean. The crew was nice. I recommend the exit seats as the leg room is great; especially us tall folks. My flight was delayed departing due to a technical issue and upon return for unknown reasons. Other than that drawback, I would likely try Allegiant Air again. You really can't beat the pricing and direct...

The people and service were great. You do have to read and follow very carefully all the directions about bags, especially size which is enforced. If you do, then all is well and the value is excellent. One side benefit of charging for overhead carry-on is that there is plenty of space. I am a Diamond 2 Million mile flyer...

For the price, you just can't go wrong. I have taken allegiant to vegas about once a year for 5 years and although the planes can be kind of scary due to age, after a few cocktails it's not so bad.

The service and flight was just what I expected from a budget airline, not disappointed at all in that respect. But we left a half an hour late leaving and again on the return. And I have never been on a flight that took so long to get on and leave from. I don't know if it was just the...

First and only time. Every flight is delayed for maintenance. Why would anyone in their right mind go through this. Never again.
