I've always had a nice experience on Alaska Airlines .Have never been delayed and always nice staff and flight attendants. They do at times change the flight times especially leaving and I'm sure that has to do with filling the plane up.

I had thought that food is provided for any flight over 5 hours. Apparently Alaska Airlines doesn't agree. While seats were comfortable, drinks and a snack are not adequate for a 6 hour flight. On my return flight from LAX to JFK, Delta provided a light meal for a shorter flight!

I booked flights on Alaska to Fairbanks in Nov. of 2017 for a trip in June 2018. I had to book 3 legs to get to Fairbanks. The initial reservation included a 2 hour layover in Chicago and a 1 1/2 hour layover in Seattle. I was to meet and travel with a companion who needed help with luggage due...

Check in at Denver was great - well managed. We were boarded and then unboarded and then recorded very quickly - actually had ground crew tell me to hurry up and they would not answer a question - legitimate question: What is our new arrival time? Just hurry up!! But, this was no Alaska (one of the US best carriers)...

This was my first and last time flying Alaska! On the outbound flight from SFO to Cabo, we were delayed for almost two hours. To top that off, the in-flight entertainment system was down for the entire flight. Not enough customs forms for all of the passengers either. Flight 1277 on 6/16 was even WORSE!!! No snacks at all on...

Nice flight with no surprises. Excellent staff at the counter and on the aircraft. While we won't often have the opportunity to fly this brand, we will when we have the option. The extra charge for baggage is a little irritating.

Our previous experiences with Virgin America led us to believe that Alaska Airlines (which merged with Virgin America) would be continuing the quality service experience, and we were right! Great cabin crew, clean aircraft, reasonably good food made it a pleasurable flight. Strongly recommend Alaska!!
