Flight was delayed going out for an hour. No communication from airline with regard to this. People just queuing and not knowing what time it was to leave. Young kids getting frustrated and tired. Same on the way back, 2 hour delay. Very bad service. Announced that drinks could be got from a ship in CDG on presentation of boarding...

It's fine. Lingus has cheap flights to many destinations in Europe via Dublin. The planes seem dated and old while they nickel and dime you for a lot (nothing not even water is free on flights within Europe). The comfort of the seats was poor on all flights we were on and flight attendants were nothing more than average. Most...

Chose to use Aer Lingus and travel via Dublin to the US because of the US customs pre clearance. Short haul flight to Dublin was comfortable and efficient. The long haul section was comfortable, good legroom, food was above average for airline food. Would recommend for US travel but be aware that the US leg of the flight must leave...

We boarded the plane ahead of time. The staff were extremely helpful and respectful. The stewardess on the flight was extremely courteous and she asked me if I can sit on an exit seat💺 . Lots of leg room and a comfortable seat. We arrived 15 minutes ahead of time and reach the airport in a very good mood. Highly...

Aer Lingus customer service is first- class. We were informed of updates during bad weather and offered change of flights and/or cancellation with refund. Prices are fair for flights and on-board experience is very pleasant thanks to wonderfully professional staff. Seats are comfortable too. (Priority boarding purchase is not always implemented however.) Overall, this is a very professional airline with...

It is only for the young that there exists a economy class ticket for a flight to Europe. We will only travel business internationally as the amenities are very conducive to traveling on long flights. To be able to stretch out, even if it’s a recliner chair that reclines to 180 degrees. What a huge difference !

Unfortunately a number of staff were rude but some were nice and friendly! Refreshments were very poor, which included a very small cup of a soft drink. On the way home the free soft drink was provided and every other person was getting a packet of pretzels as well. Unfortunately this did not include myself or my partner. Then the...

This airline has the most room out of the many that I have flown with. I did not feel too crammed at any point - I'm 5'7 so I am not the tallest but I'm not the shortest. The food was also pretty decent as well. My only complaint was the options for entertainment, I did not think that the...

I liked stuff and plane. All was great except the fact they let us all on plane to inform us we will be late at least one hour with departure time. So here I am wondering why let us on plane instead leaving us on airport longer where we could buy coffee and use toilets for example, that was very...

The flight was fine. Over an hour's delay due to problem with airport's fuel system. Plenty of space as flight was half empty. On 2 occasions a male staff member touched me on the shoulder to get my attention. Slightly impatient expression on his face. I found it inappropriate that he touched my shoulder - overly familiar, not professional. On...
