Very pleasant flight, free soft drinks and water throughout, the whole plane was provided with food and also snacks at no extra charge, screens on each headrest plenty of films and TV shows to choose from also plenty of games to play free of charge, blankets,pillows and earphones also provided free of charge, they do have WiFi on board but that is an additional cost, Overall very satisfied with the service offered and will definitely use this airline again.

So I want to start by saying that I have flown with Aer Lingus in the past numerous times and I didn't have an issue. Unfortunately this last experience has made me realise I will never fly with Aer Lingus, ever again. Both the outgoing flight and the return were beyond pour in service quality. Overall it felt like I was there for the staff, rather than the staff being there for the customers. The hosts were so rude, I thought they must simply be having a bad day. Everyone has bad days, but the same behaviour transpired on the return flight as it did on the flight out. The food was disgusting, and when asking for a cup of black coffee, the host told me to follow him to the service area, where I actually poured my own cup for him. On the return flight we were told that they just didn't have any headphones, and there was nothing they could do. So on an 8 hour flight I was suddenly without any entertainment at all! I think the fact that they didn't actually apologise for this dis-sevice got me the most. Trans Atlantic flights are expensive and things like headsets for the entertainment system should be standard! After everything was said and done, I received my bag at baggage pick up and the wheel was completely ripped off. When I attempted to speak with someone about it there was ZERO customer service to speak with. After taking it up on the Aer Lingus website, I was told that I would need to purchase of replacement luggage or show a receipt of repair before they would send me any reimbursement. If I came up to you and took your bag off of you and ripped a wheel off of it, you would expect me to pay for it. For them to simply say, "bill me later," "you cover the initial cost, " "You take the financial hit up front...." Is horrible. Aer Lingus ripped me off and told me to get my baggage fixed at which point they would reimburse me later... It's clear this is a tactic Aer Lingus uses to get away with not having to pay for their mistakes. I have zero faith they would cover the cost if I did present them with a receipt later, and I currently cannot afford to pay for a replacement. The other outcome I can see is that it would take them an unreasonable amount of time to reimburse me. So I am now letting the issue go. This is the first review of a pour nature I have ever given! Take care, Don't fly with Aer Lingus!

It was my first flight flying from continent to continent, and it was amazing! Nice crew, comfy seats, the seat came with pillow and blanket, amazing IFE (In-Flight Entertainment), nice crew, etc. Great flight! I would fly again! By the way, they have really nice food, and you should get the ravioli! It is amazing!

My worst experience with an airline. Be warned when booking “business” on Aer Lingus that it is only for their flight. Connecting flight are economy even though it specifically says that the connecting flight is business. When I discovered this later, they said I should have looked at it more closely. They do not participate in TSA Precheck so forget about using that lane. They do not even check you in for you connecting flight. No seat, no boarding pass. When we arriving in NYC we were on our own to figure out how to get through security to make the next flight. Their app is useless for check in or anything else for that matter. Other than that we had a great experience!

Travel to see Family in Greensboro our flight out was chartered by aerlingus very old plane no entertainment. Flight back delayed and the our baggage was lost. When we reported it we got no help from the staff. Had to fill out a long report on their machine. After two flights back we would have expected help. Aerlingus are terrible. Still awaiting on a proper refund from our London flights that were cancelled. This is not an Irish airline.
