Have flown a lot with airasia and find them extremely good. Great value for money, but still comfortable seats, friendly crew, a limited, but good selection of food and beverages to purchase at reasonable prices. Our flight was late leaving as the incoming flight was late, but we made up most of the time and all was well. An extremely...

The internet site is not easy to use. there are options you may pay . For example, We did reserve a flight with Value Pack including : 20kg baggage allowance 1 meal Standard seat selection Insurance by Tune Protect: Baggage Delay & 1hr On Time Guarantee- but at the counter desk, it seemed the meal had not been well recorded...

Most travelers know little about this gem. If you fly Air Asia and take and International flight, then connect to a Domestic destination within Thailand, you get a superb hassle-free experience at Don Muang airport in Bangkok. I flew in from Kuala Lumpur, travelling to Udon Thani airport, and was expecting the Fly-Thru to just mean my baggage would be...

I have now flown with Air Asia a few times, and to my expectations they delivered all times. Because it is seen as a low budget airline I didn't have too high expectations. But from start they were very good. When buying the ticket, they let you decide if you wanted to add food for your flight, which I did...

I have never had a worse experience than Musafir. I was traveling from Chandigarh to Bangalore with my wife on April 15, 2017 and my flight started with a super bad experience. I had forgotten to check-in online which was fine for me as I don't check-in often. When I reached the airport to collect my boarding passes, the staff...

Air Asia is a low cost carrier so price are really interesting, specially during promotion. Plane : airbus A320 We pay only for flight and seat, we had lunch at the airport. There is no alcohol on board so no problems with drunk passengers, the other airlines should do the same

Flight was as expected for a lowest cost carrier. Luggage was clearly damaged and in need of repairs. Airasia accept no responsibility and provide NO compensation. My previous experience with a damaged bag was with Emirates. They had couriers pick up repair and deliver the bag within a few days.

I bought AirAsia bundle ferry+bus+airplane. Land part operated by RajaFerryPort. I made a mistake and clicked the neighbour island Koh Samui instead of Koh Phangan. I contacted a Airasia within 12h after buying the ticket and informed about my mistake. They told me to contact Rajaferry directly. They told me I have to buy a new ticket. I bought a...
