Worst experience flying ever.

The flight was from Merced MCE to Hawthorn HHR I called ahead and told them we were running late and went to the wrong airport. When we arrived no one was in the airport. It took several minutes to find anyone and when I did the woman yelled at me and told me she was going to call the police because I went beyond TSA to find someone. She proceeded to scream at me for the next 5 minutes and threaten to call the police. The attendant finally arrived at 12:15 and overheard her yelling at me and told me to ignore her. We were there on time and we told by the TSA agent we were there on time according to cameras but they wouldn’t talk to the pilot. The agent also acknowledged he received a call that we would be arriving just before take off. There was no one waiting in the airport to help us. I proceeded to hyperventilate and have a panic attack after being berated and told we weren’t going to be allowed on the plane. This has been the worst flying experience I’ve ever had and I’ve flown out of the Merced airport in the past and knew how small it was. The company is refusing to give a refund despite it being their fault we were unable to board during our boarding window. We accounted for 1/3rd of the planes passengers. I called that day and was told we would get a full refund. There was no follow up and when I reached out again I was offered travel vouchers good for one year. I’m never flying this company again. They clearly don’t care about their customers or how their lack of services affects people’s lives.…

Mechanical Failure Delays and Unplanned Increase in Costs

Flight out to Carlsbad was pretty good, check in was easy at the desk and the flight was pretty good. The space on the plane is tight but workable for my 5'9" 200lb frame. being a short flight. Longer flight times may be a challenge for comfort. Unfortunately due to mechanical failure the return trip back to Albuquerque NM was a poor experience that cost my wife and I an additional $1000 because it took Advanced Air 6-7 hours to find a replacement plane and arrive to get us. Due to short notice and late evening changes, we had to pay an increased fare for our next flight home and then an unplanned hotel that evening as we were supposed to arrive by 4PM and instead arrived after 10PM when no more flights were leaving out of ABQ. We had to pay for additional cab rides and meals so this change hurt the pocket book. I'd recommend driving or an alternate way to get there as I couldn't find any other airlines that went to CNM airport.…

Last minute short flight

*I actually flew from Albuquerque NM to Las Cruces NM* Booked through a third party only a few days before the flight. Read some reviews after booking and was concerned about their check in and gate procedures so I arrived extra early to the airport. Check in was super easy after the attendant arrived at the desk. They do have a strict time cutoff so be aware of that. Snacks and drinks were provided but because you don’t have to go through tsa I had my own water and snacks. The boarding experience was wild, I’ve never walked into the tarmac before and I’ve definitely never been on that small of a plane. It was surprisingly comfortable inside and if you sit in the forward facing seats you can see the pilots which is pretty cool. If it was a full flight I could imagine it could be quiet uncomfortable with the leg room because the seats face each other. I have short legs and they were still only inches from the other seat. For a last minute flight it was cheaper than a rental, and way way faster then taking the bus. I might have just spoiled myself for making the drive back and forth to Albuquerque. Would recommend. …

Very poor service, refused to provide a boarding pass with 40 minutes before flight.

This airline disables online check-in 1 hour before the flight. I was at the airport ticketing counter 40 minutes before my flight and could not get a boarding pass even with them on the phone, which cost me $300 and over 12 hours time, and they would not even refund my ticket. I've never experienced anything like it, very poor service.…

my flight

pretty good ill say the food in the jet was good i had so much fun in the airplane when i landed i had a fun time in the uk as it was my 6th time going out of usa to europe i really love being out of europe
