Like many others before me, I, too, was enticed by the cheap fares, only to find that when all the charges are added, they’re not that cheap anymore. A case in point are the ridiculously low luggage allowances, coupled with exorbitant surcharge fees. Pay a bit more up front and get what you pay for is the best policy. Won’t...

Air Asia X is a budget airline that offered affordable business seats (flatbeds), so we decided to give them a go. Money well spent. I would suggest that if you are taller than me (5'9") then the flatbed would be a little short, but for my wife and I they were perfect. The attendants are very professional and although you...

The flight once arrived in DMK (1 hr late) in the waiting bay was good with getting on plane and getting ready very efficient Good flight but no one needs the long walking exercise to the terminal proper at KUL FOR DMK TRAVELLERS Well worth paying a customs clearance quick check in as you kiss hundreds of other angry passengers...

After flight from BKK to KUL I was looking forward to my flat bed to OOL I TRIED to use your red lounge at KUL and it needs a lot of upgrading and helpful staff Regardless of time. Customers pay for a service and privilege of a lounge. Not this one though The flight was great from the moment we...

Flight staff rude. Over charged us for our bags. Do yourself a favor and fly Bangkok Airways if you are flying from Danang to Phuket/Bangkok. Counter people are terrible and unwilling to help or accommodate in any way. Will never ever fly again and this experience was the worst experience of our Asia holiday.

I was traveling to Colombo and had to take 4 Air Asia flights (Beijing- Kuala Lumpur- Colombo return). The service was horrible, our flight out of Beijing was delayed for 30+ hours! At first, we were stuck in the airplane for 5 hours due to 'technical difficulty' which they explained later to be engine failure. And then we had to...
