TUS cancelled my flight only two days before it was scheduled and then 3 weeks later has still NOT refunded my money. it is a SCAM. never fly with them.

Absolutely terrible. I was told I will get a refund within 30 days for a flight cancellation and it’s been 5 months and there is no refund. Customer support sends automated messages. There is no one to talk to….

It s the worst the mooost terrible airline ever! I have been travelling so long to many countries but this was the worst experience ever! They made us pay 80 dollars for each piece 40 even it was only 3kg I didnt get the logic behind it still! As we had a baby I think they could let us go with 3 kg without paying. The space between seats are so narrow that a tall person wont be ablte to sit I guess. Our first flight was cancelled and didnt get any info so we had yo pay a flight for emirates…

Cancelled the flight without a valod reason. Asked for a refund and teqursted 30 days to process it. Definetely will not recomend it.
