I have been regular guest for years and this is a good hotel. However, on this trip I have noticed a lot of cost cutting. Soap. They do not provide soap anymore. Quite amazing for this type of hotel where you pay P2,000 at least for a room. I had to go out and buy soap. Surely you can provide soap? Breakfast. They use to provide brewed coffee, now it is 3 in 1 type coffee. They use to provide mango, now only cheap banana only. Breakfast use to be included as per of the price of the hotel. Now you need to pay additional for it. Welcome drink. A long time ago they provided a welcome drink. Now there is no more welcome drink. Great hotel, but cost cutting measures taking a toil on the standards of the hotel.

It is my second time in Boracay so I had an idea how busy the beach area is. We chose station 3 because this is the less crowded and more peaceful area among 3 stations. We chose this hotel because it has a lot of good reviews among other hotels in station 3. My rate on this hotel (5 being the highest): Service: 5 (Friendly and accommodating staffs) Room Amenities: 4 (Pros: clean, spacious, hot and cold shower, balcony with table and chairs, refrigerator, lots of electric outlet to charge all your gadgets) (Cons: old CRT TV - but fine with me 'cause we spend most of our time at the beach, no supply of shampoo, soap, etc., breakfast can be improved) Location: 4 (Accessible to both highway and beach, very near from port, quiet place, near restaurants and diving/water activities services) Price Range: 4 (Check for rate promos once in a while, they can be really affordable at times. They also give discounts to 2nd timer guests.) I recommend this hotel to guests who want peaceful and chill vacation.

It was more of a discovery that we booked this property. And it was a good discovery. It is situated at the southern end of Boracay well away from the noise and the crowds. Peaceful and quiet (except for occassional dogs barking and cat fights from the neighbors). And it is only a one minute walk away from beach. Staff are friendly and attentive. Breakfast is eggs, toast, fruits, and instant coffee. Not gonna fill you up and will perfectly leave room for an adventurous lunch. We got a fan room which was spacious, clean, and with a safety deposit box. The refrigerator is stocked with beverages. WiFi is excellent at the ground floor level. Each room here has its own outdoor area with table and chairs for sitting, smoking, and whatnots. Station 2 and the restaurants and establishments are a short 7-minute stroll away. But who would mind a stroll on the white sand beach? If you do, there are plenty of pedicabs that you can hire.

Nice and clean room; it has safety deposit box. Bathroom has heater but only supply hot water (probably in our room only.) They serve decent breakfast - coffee/tea, fruit, egg, toast with butter and jam. The staffs are kind. Hotel is a minute away from the beach. You will enjoy your moment at the beach bec it’s far from the crowd of Station 2. Though you have to walk about 10-15 going to the restaurants and D-mall. Overall, me and my husband enjoyed our stay.

Nice way to welcome guests with personalized signs. Check-in was a breeze. Room is fairly maintained. Breakfast is also served and the servers are pleasant. Location is great.. quiet but just a few minutes from the beachfront activities and establishments.

I’ve stayed in this hotel with my family for 1 week. It’s very close to the Station 3 beach and it’s a quiet part of the beach too. The rooms are nice and clean with a minibar fridge with very reasonable prices. The water pressure is good and the towels are changed everyday. There are also beach towels available at the reception. The internet connection wasn’t the best. And also the breakfast is very limited. You can choose from 2 options: pancake with fruit or 1 egg with toast and fruit. Plus tea or brewed coffee. The stuff is extremely friendly! We have really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place as you get good value for your money.

My husband and i came here as part of our honeymoon and it was a very pleasant stay (we stayed for 1 week) the rooms are very well kept and the staff is very accommodating. it’s around the end of station 3, about a 10 minute walk to station 2 and a 15-20 minute walk to station 1. we didn’t mind though, because we got to walk the entire beach and see everything. there are a few restaurants right around the corner (Nagisa is a really good and inexpensive japanese spot) and andoks chicken is a little further down! although the breakfast was the same everyday, eggs, toast and some fruit, we were very satisfied since u can add an extra egg for 25 cents. some days we asked to have breakfast brought to our room, which they didn’t mind doing at all! thank you Island Jewel Inn!
