Location is great but this place struggles to be even three stars - not for anyone looking for something pleasant. The units are two level and there are only stairs. Disabled access may be very difficult. - upholstery on dining chairs needs steam cleaning - ceilings are brown pebble-effect and depressing - if you’re fussy about fluffy towels, bring your own - bring your own pillows as the ones here are horrible - bring your own toiletries as the only stuff supplied is bath soap and it’s awful - bedding is ordinary and I just hoped the bed covers were washed after each guest - bathrooms are basic but have been updated - bathrooms are a throwback to the 80s but some effect had been made I suppose - try to get a top floor unit to avoid the sound of chairs scraping upstairs - beware carports only - no car security - the dishwasher worked but bring your own liquid/powder - no views from lower floor and outlook onto greenery is very nice. On the positive side, the location is good as across the street from the national park. Size is reasonable and there is a laundry and a downstairs toilet. If you’re not fussy, you’ll like the location

Large but old and not much furniture. Not attractive but serviceable I suppose. A picturesque 20 mins walk to the nearest cafe in Hastings Street. Pretty depressing units in my view - need to be gutted and renovated, but may suit budget traveller. Balconies are great

My first week at Palm Court at Noosa did not disappoint. I gave the resort four stars, because there are no facilities e.g. pool that some families with children may require. In my opinion, my week this July was just perfect. The unit is huge by any standard, and it is so easy to walk up into the beautiful rainforest on the well maintained walking track or go down to Laguna Beach. It is so peaceful up there and I can't wait to return.

Started raining halfway between Adelaide and Noosa and continued until the beginning of the second week- then it blew and rained intermittently. If not for the size and spaciousness of the unit we would have gone spare. We then spent 2 days selfisolating on the drive home- then were told to self isolate at home because of our ages.

These units are only 500m from the beach along the scenic boardwalk, and a few minutes from Noosa National Park. The units are spacious (3 bedroom) and well equipped. A steep drive for entry might be a problem for some, and the extremely poor reception for WIFI, would be unreliable for business purposes. That aside, we enjoyed a great holiday!

We have previously stayed at Palm Court and always enjoyed the location and the spacious apartment. We were pleasantly surprised on this visit to see that the bathroom and ensuite have been renovated, with new built in robes in all three bedrooms. A great improvement.

We were amazed at the size of the apartments here. Three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms upstairs with a large lounge, dining room, kitchen & laundry plus another toilet downstairs. It was cold and wet when we were there and the wall heater was inadequate to warm the area. It also doesn't get much light with the national park and trees shading the downstairs area. The complex is comprised of units only with no pool and activity areas. The bed in the main bedroom was very hard and our backs were sore after a couple of days. Not sure whether it was just the bed of the tramping up and down the stairs. We ended up sleeping in the second bedroom single beds which had pillow top mattresses and were much better. Bathrooms were old and dated but plenty of hot water and quite a good size. We tripped the circuit breakers a couple of times but there were warnings that the circuits weren't adequate and how to reset and minimise use of appliances at the one time. We were prepared so once not a real problem. Overall the units could do with a makeover, split system a/c's and pillow top beds and they would be great as the location is close to Hastings St.

Beautiful views of lush forest. Large well appointed apartment, very clean with good linen and plenty of fluffy towels. Three stories so lots of stairs, but interesting because of that. Our children and grandchildren stayed with us for the first few days and because of the size we had plenty of room to spread out and each have privacy. The staff were great. Our daughter lost an earring and Kate in the office went to great lengths to find it and send it back to her. Five minutes on a beautiful walk along the boardwalk to sublime Little Cove then another five minutes to Hastings Street.!

Have been holidaying at Palm Court for several years. Love Noosa Heads and location of Resort opposite the National Park is first class. Regrettably the standard of the bathrooms left so much to be desired. They should be stripped down and completely refurbished. No airconditioning!! Managers, Sue and Kate, are excellent. Friendly, effecient, and knowledgable.
